All school parents and community members are welcome to the monthly school council meeting. Held at Earl Kitchener school in the Library. 7pm start.

Please come to the school council meeting. The meeting (as always) is open to the EK school community.

Special Guest Sergio Manchia of the IBI Group, who is developing the Condo project on the corner of Dundurn and Aberdeen will attend to answer questions about the development.

January School Council Meeting Tuesday Jan 18 School Library 7:00pm

I'd like to invite all EK Parents to attend the January meeting. If you have ever wondered why the school runs the way it does, this is your chance to ask. Add your ideas and thoughts to upcoming policies. Bring your own concerns as well. The school relies on parental input in order meet the needs of all students. This is the way to do it!

This month we are going to talk about the upcoming Parent Information Night in April.

Please come to the Earl Kitchener school library at 7! No application required, just show up, and speak up! Please find attached the minutes to the December meeting and an Agenda for this meeting.

Please note, the date has been moved to the second Tuesday in December due to the Holiday season. (Dec 21 is in the middle of Christmas break.)

We will be talking about engaging more parents in the council. Please find agenda attached, as well as the

minutes from last meeting. Please review prior to the next meeting.

This is a busy time of year and I appreciate everyone taking time out of their busy schedules for these meetings. Merry Christmas!

School Council Meeting October 19, 7:00pm, Earl Kitchener Library

The next School Council meeting is scheduled for its usual time (third Tuesday of every month at 7pm) and place (Earl Kitchener Library).

I won't be able to attend, however, Susan Millman has graciously agreed to run the meeting on my behalf. Please see the attached agenda and meeting minutes from the September meeting.
