Who to Contact

Compliments or complaints, concerns or kudos; whatever you want to say, it's always better if you say it to the right person.

  • If you have a concern about your child's learning or time at school, talk to your child's teacher. If your child's teacher can not address your concerns, talk to the school principal, Charon Buck. In the rare event the principal can not address your concerns, you would take your concerns to the school superintendent.
  • If you want to comment on, or volunteer for a parent run program such as Pizza Day or the Milk Program. Please contact  the Home and School Association. A complete list of contacts for various Home and School programs is available in the Home and School section of this Web site.
  • If you have comments about school policy, student achievement or accountability contact the School Council. School Council deals with macro issues. It does not handle individual grievances. For example, the School Council provides input on the Code of Conduct but it does not adjudicate cases where the code has been breached. The School Council email address is schoolcouncil09@earlkitchener.net   For more information, refer to the School Council section of this Web site.
